Snaggy Mtn Snowmobile Trail Bridge Replacement Design / Build Within Garrett State Forest

The Western Maryland Resource Conservation & Development Council, Inc. (WMRC&D) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization which has entered into a partnership with the State of Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) – Forest Service in order to hire a qualified Contractor to complete the project detailed within this Bid Package. This project consists of the Contractor removing the existing bridge structures, and providing all design, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to design, assemble, and install four (4) NEW Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) bridge structures using mechanized equipment on the project site located within Garrett State Forest in Oakland, Maryland. BIDS ARE DUE BY 5:00 PM ON APRIL 12th, 2023. All bids are to be submitted via email to the attention of Josh Smith, at jsmith@wmrcd.org. WMRC&D and DNR will host a pre-bid meeting for interested bidders on March 23rd, 2023 at 11:00am at Herrington Manor Rd., near Oakland MD, Coordinates 39.46420, -79.44390. Any questions regarding the Bid Package must be submitted via email to Josh Smith at jsmith@wmrcd.org no later than March 29th, 2023 at 5:00 pm.
